Indoor Installation-Site Specific/Installation

Since these pictures were taken, a lot of changes were made but I was too much in a rush at the time after completing it that I forgot to take finished photos of the space. I removed the wood structure and added more neon strings hanging and connecting on the ceiling.
The category for the installation was social commentary with also history.
The social commentary was about the internet and creating a bubble around you while interacting with the internet. The mirrors were to represent the pictures people would post online as the viewer would see themselves when looking into the piece, and the strings were to show connectivity to other users, the black behind the bubble wrap was to represent how dark it can get when searching on the internet.
The history part of it was the use of bubble wrap on the walls as bubble wrap was originally created to be interactive and retro wallpaper.
